It is exactly what I need right in the middle of a desk job work week. What I love about it is that Amy doesn’t rush the stretching. She allows enough time to really make the stretches deep, which is why it works!
It’s the perfect before bed ritual. The deep stretching helps me to move better, be more flexible and relax!
If I have been either sitting or working hard all day it always feels good to stretch. I sleep better and am not as stiff and sore in the mornings as I would have been if I hadn’t stretched.
