Why 1 on 1?

Ensure you have proper form

It can be difficult to know if you are doing exercises, yoga poses and/or stretches properly, especially if you are just starting out.  Through 1-on-1 sessions I can guide you to ensure you have the correct form.  When you do, you will get the most out of your time and effort, and most importantly it can help you avoid injury.

Receive modifications for injury/problem areas

If you are recovering from an injury or have ongoing issues with certain areas, you would benefit from modifications for some exercises and stretches.  Perhaps you find it painful to put weight on your knees, or wrists.  Maybe you are suffering from limited range of motion in one or both shoulders.  Whatever your concerns are, I can ensure you are able to achieve your goals in a safe and effective way.

Personalized plan to address your goals/area of concern

Are you looking to improve your flexibility and range of motion?  Do you suffer from an aching neck and shoulders from working at a computer all day?  Would you like to lose weight?  Increase your stamina?  Build strength?  Whatever you are hoping to achieve, I will help you get there!  I don’t have a one-size-fits-all plan for everyone.  I take your interest and abilities into account when creating a plan designed specifically for you.
