This class is for anyone who wants to unwind and relieve their sore and tired muscles. Calming music plays as we gently move from one stretch to the next. Each movement is performed while seated in a chair, or standing using the chair for support. Clear instructions are given to ensure you get an effective and satisfying stretch!
