Lower Back Release — 8 Minute Relaxing Routine

This relaxing routine will help you release tension in your lower back. Since tightness in the hamstrings, hip flexors, glutes and quads often contributes to lower back pain we’ll be gently stretching them as well as our back.

You’ll need a yoga strap or something similar handy, so once you’ve got that, let’s get started!
