What happens if I am unavailable for one of the live sessions?

Not to worry! Each session will be recorded, and it will be available to you shortly after the scheduled time. You’ll be able to watch it and catch up whenever convenient for you before the next one! You can also submit any questions you have about that week’s content by email.

Do I need to have my webcam and microphone on?

Yes! This course is all about being interactive! I will give you immediate feedback on each pose so you can be assured you are doing them correctly. Also, if any poses don’t feel right to you, you can let me know and I’ll be able to help you out! 

If you’re not too sure about a live class, you can check out my Yoga Basics Course, which is a self-paced online course full of video tutorials.

I am not very “tech savvy”. Will I be able to do this course?

Absolutely! I provide plenty of guidance about how to get set up for the Zoom sessions as well as how to navigate the course. I provide written instructions, as well as video tutorials, so no matter your learning style, I’ve got you covered!

What can I expect from this course?

Each week we focus on a different area:

  • Week 1: Unwind Your Upper Body (stretches to relieve tension in your neck, chest and shoulders)
  • Week 2: Release Your Lower Body (stretches for your hips, glutes and legs)
  • Week 3: Soothe Your Back (stretches to care for your back and spine)
  • Week 4: Mobilize Your Shoulders and Hips (strengthening poses that also provide mobility for your shoulders and hips)
  • Week 5: Strengthen Your Core (strengthening poses that focus on your abdominals, lower back and glutes – we will also discuss why a strong core is so crucial, especially as we age)
  • Week 6: Build Your Balance (balancing poses to improve your stability and focus)
