Introduction

This class is for anyone who wants to unwind and relieve their sore and tired muscles.  Calming music plays as we gently move from one stretch to the next.  Each movement is performed while seated in a chair, or standing using the chair for support.  Clear instructions are given to ensure you get an effective and satisfying stretch!

What you need

  • a chair without arms that is not too high (you should be able to sit with your feet resting comfortably on the ground)
  • you can place your chair on a yoga mat if you notice your chair sliding or shifting as you move
