Accessible Classes

Getting started with a fitness routine can be intimidating, especially if it is new to you.  Being able to join from the comfort of your home certainly make it easier!  I also give clear and detailed instructions so you can feel confident in class.  In addition, I am happy to answer questions before/after class or by email.  My “door” is always open!

Reduce Pain

A lot of today’s aches and pains are caused by a lack of stretching.  Everything in the body is connected, so what might start as tightness in one area could end up manifesting as pain somewhere else!  Incorporating stretching into your life will greatly improve the way you feel each day.

Relieve Stress and Tension

Releasing endorphins during exercise and easing tension with stretching are extremely useful tools to help reduce stress and anxiety.  Stretching before bed is also an excellent way to prepare for a wonderful nights sleep.  My classes provide an opportunity to tune out the rest of the world and focus on yourself.

Prevent Injury

Strengthening your muscles will help you prevent injuries.  For example, core strength will increase your balance, as well as provide protection for your spine.  Taking the effort to help prevent injuries now will save you a lot of time, energy and frustration in the future trying to recover from one!

How I got started

I decided to give teaching online a try in April 2020, and quickly realized it provided many benefits.  You simply cannot beat the comfort or convenience of joining from home, and I enjoyed being able to teach women in different parts of the world.  I collected feedback from my members, which helped me form a well rounded schedule that offers strengthening, balance, cardio and relaxing stretching.  Along the way I realized my mission: to provide accessible classes that will help women live a happy and healthy life!
