I decided to give teaching online a try in April 2020, and quickly realized it provided many benefits. You simply cannot beat the comfort or convenience of joining from home, and I enjoyed being able to teach women in different parts of the world. I collected feedback from my members, which helped me form a well rounded schedule that offers strengthening, balance, cardio and relaxing stretching. Along the way I realized my mission: to provide accessible classes that will help women live a happy and healthy life!
